Some of you may have asked recently where did Dave, our Shop Steward, go again?
What is he doing?
Why isn’t he here?
Is he still our Shop Steward?
Just so you know, I was pulled for the TIAREAP detail. That stands for Technology Integrated Alternate Route Evaluation and Adjustment Process.
What is this? It’s essentially the Route Count Inspection procedure but using electronic data collected from the scanner instead of an evaluator following behind you.
As of right now, and subject to change, I will return to my route in January of 2024.
I am still your shop steward and feel free to contact me about issues. I can still help you even though there are some minor communication issues due to me not being there in person.
