Vacation List has started going around…
Good day Carriers,
The vacation list has started going around.
Here are a few things you need to know in no particular order:
– If you have more than 15 years in you get five picks on the vacation list
– If you have under three years in you get two weeks on vacation list.
– All others get four weeks.
– On the first pass of the list you can choose up to two weeks in Prime. These can be consecutive weeks.
– Normally you will have three days to decide on your picks once you receive the list. It is important you get back to me as soon as possible so we finish the list by the end of December.
– You don’t have to choose your vacation now. But if you don’t, next year you will need to submit a normal 3971 and management can deny your request. All requests by December this year will be honored next year.
– Because I’m on a detail, I may contact you by text and/or use someone at office to help me.
– Start thinking now about your vacation picks.
