Submit a Lead…
Good day Carriers,
As your Customer Connect Representative, I have asked you all previously, through floor speeches, to submit leads for potential new business to me.
However, the USPS has been working hard to make this process even easier!
You can still submit a lead through me, but you can also:
– submit it on your scanner under choice ‘U’
– submit one on the LiteBlue page
– if you are an ACE email user you can submit one there too
– and Rob can submit one through his ‘Supervisor Toolbox’
Providing Leads to new business (advertising, package pick-ups, etc.) is Job Security!
